Transroute Technology Limited and or Transroute Inc offers a Technology Infrastructure for Payment Interoperability.

Our Services are primarily intended to connect the entire payments value chain through a single software platform, providing a single and simplistic control over demanding payment operations.

The protection of your data and Information is of priority to us, and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. In the event that you close your account with us, we reserve the right to keep or delete all your information and data stored on our server, however, only to the extent that is necessary to comply with law and regulations as well as for fraud monitoring, detection and prevention. Also in the event that an order of Court or declaration of law or regulation demands such information or data, we will have no choice but to oblige and comply with the order of Court or the dictates of the law.

However, in the event that we have obtained your consent or authorization to share your data or information, we shall bear no liability for any breach which may arise from such authorization by you.

As part of our operations, we may rely on third-party servers, databases co-located with hosting providers, and residents in foreign jurisdictions, which constitutes the transfer of your personal data to computers or servers in foreign countries. We take steps designed to ensure that the data we collect under this Privacy Policy is processed and protected according to the provisions of this Policy and applicable law wherever the data is located

Our business is also incorporated in the USA. As such, Personal Information may be stored, transferred and processed outside Nigeria. However, whenever we transfer or transmit your Personal Information to another Country, we will ensure or take reasonable steps to ensure your Personal Information is handled securely in line with the applicable data protection laws
